Responsibilities

• Provide direct, virtual mental health care to clients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 45-minute follow-up appointments.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation during and after sessions.
• Adapt therapy techniques based on individual client needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with team members to discuss client progress and treatment plans.
• Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed mental health professional in the District of Columbia.
• Minimum of 10 hours of availability per week with flexibility to adjust hours.
• Experience in teletherapy is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a part of a remote team.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and approaches.
• Passionate about providing high-quality mental health care to diverse populations.
