Responsibilities
- Provide direct, virtual mental health care to clients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 45-minute follow-up appointments.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation during and after sessions.
- Adapt therapy techniques based on individual client needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to discuss client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed mental health professional in the District of Columbia.
- Minimum of 10 hours of availability per week with flexibility to adjust hours.
- Experience in teletherapy is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a part of a remote team.
- Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and approaches.
- Passionate about providing high-quality mental health care to diverse populations.
