About the Role

As our first EMEA Forward Deployed Product Manager for AI Agents, your primary responsibility will be to create, deploy, and optimize AI Agents that significantly transform our customers' businesses while providing exceptional experiences for their customers. Your role is crucial in leveraging advanced AI technologies to drive efficiency and enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for deploying AI Agents tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients in various industries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies.
• Analyze customer feedback and performance data to continuously refine and improve AI Agent functionalities.
• Provide training and support to clients on best practices for leveraging AI technologies in their operations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI to inform product development and strategic direction.
• Act as a liaison between clients and our technical teams to facilitate effective communication and project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in product management, particularly in AI or technology-driven environments.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with AI technologies and a deep understanding of conversational AI and customer experience optimization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
