About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Affiliate Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Poland. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in expanding our network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and affiliates, ensuring the growth and success of our partnerships. This position offers the opportunity to work within the rapidly evolving crypto space, contributing to the future of finance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential KOLs and affiliates in Poland.
• Manage the entire partnership lifecycle from initiation to execution and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create effective partnership strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize partnership effectiveness.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding partnership performance and new opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy decisions.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to promote OKX and build relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the crypto or tech industry.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and KOL engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Polish is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
