About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Affiliate Business Development Manager to join our team and expand our affiliate network in the CIS region. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth and enhancing our market presence through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract new affiliates, including key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and trading schools.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships that align with business objectives and foster long-term collaboration.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance affiliate engagement and performance.
• Analyze affiliate performance data to optimize partnerships and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support affiliates and ensure they have the resources needed to succeed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities in the market.
• Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance and market insights for management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing or business development, preferably in the crypto or finance industry.
• Strong understanding of the CIS market and its dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Analytical skills to assess performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English and Russian; proficiency in other CIS languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
