About the Role

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance or financial planning roles, ideally in a high-growth startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Adept at using financial software and tools; familiarity with budgeting and forecasting software is a plus.
