Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the Learner Platform, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Lead a cross-functional team through the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Conduct market research and user testing to gather insights and validate product concepts.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless product experience.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform data-driven decisions and enhancements.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on stakeholder needs and market trends.
• Communicate product updates and vision to internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in education technology or a related industry.
• Proven track record of managing all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Passion for improving the learning experience and understanding user needs.
