Responsibilities

• Lead the application security program by identifying, evaluating, and mitigating security risks across mobile, web, and cloud systems.
• Collaborate with the Product Security Manager and teams across Cloud Security and Engineering to implement secure software delivery practices.
• Drive remediation efforts for identified vulnerabilities and ensure that security measures are integrated into the development lifecycle.
• Create and maintain security guidance and best practices that developers can easily understand and implement.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance security measures and also ensure the safety of AI systems developed within the organization.
• Conduct security assessments and provide recommendations to improve overall application security posture.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging threats, and technological advancements to inform security strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in application security, software development, or a related area.
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and common vulnerabilities (such as OWASP Top Ten).
• Experience with security tools and technologies, including static and dynamic analysis tools.
• Familiarity with cloud security principles and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
