Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own portfolio of small and medium-sized merchants in Sofia, focusing on sectors such as retail, hospitality, and restaurants.
• Engage in face-to-face meetings with business owners to demonstrate SumUp's payment products and devices, identifying the best solutions tailored to each merchant's needs.
• Attract new merchants and assist them with the registration process to begin processing transactions efficiently.
• Work autonomously, managing your assigned territory in a way that maximizes your potential and aligns with your personal style.
• Act as the face of SumUp in Sofia, contributing to the company's presence and growth in the region.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide the best recommendations to your clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in field sales or a related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with business owners.
• Self-motivated with a desire to take ownership of your work and pursue unlimited income potential.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a larger team.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools to enhance sales processes.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Bulgarian is a plus.
