Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 12-month training program to develop skills necessary for a future role as a Territory Manager.
• Engage in classroom and virtual learning to gain in-depth knowledge of water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions.
• Receive on-the-job training and job shadowing opportunities to understand customer operations and service delivery.
• Work closely with experienced colleagues to gain insights and coaching that will enhance your professional growth.
• Interact with customers to diagnose challenges and develop practical solutions that improve their operations.
• Contribute to projects that focus on optimizing water and energy use and driving sustainable performance.
• Be involved in hands-on experiences with customers in real environments, ensuring you are well-equipped to manage a territory effectively.

Requirements

• A degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn from experienced mentors.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and also independently.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
