Responsibilities

- Define the integration of AI capabilities within the MarTech stack and ensure seamless scaling across teams.
- Establish AI project governance as a core operational capability, including intake, prioritization, delivery, and measurement mechanisms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of AI initiatives.
- Analyze performance metrics and outcomes to continuously improve AI-driven marketing processes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to AI and marketing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations management, with a focus on AI and digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of MarTech tools and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and teams.
