Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Learning Coaches to enhance the onboarding experience for new students in the US market.
- Own and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to student activation, engagement, retention, and refund requests.
- Develop strategies to foster student success during the initial stages of their learning journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from enrollment to active learning.
- Monitor and analyze student data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the onboarding process.
- Implement best practices to enhance student engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to Learning Coaches to ensure they are equipped to assist students effectively.
- Conduct regular assessments and feedback sessions to continuously improve the onboarding workflow.
- Report on team performance and onboarding metrics to senior management regularly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer success, onboarding, or similar role within an educational or tech environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and implement data-backed strategies.
- Experience in managing onboarding processes, preferably in an online learning or tech training context.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and student engagement tools.
