Responsibilities
- Engage in high-volume prospecting by sending over 50 outbound messages daily to decision-makers in tech-forward companies, avoiding cold calls.
- Craft personalized follow-up messages tailored to each prospect's specific upskilling needs.
- Research and identify target accounts, focusing on Mid-Market (1k-5k employees) and Enterprise (5000+ employees) companies.
- Qualify leads through effective communication, understanding their needs, and introducing our training services.
- Set up qualified meetings for Account Executives to close sales, thereby contributing to the overall growth of the business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- A hunter mentality with a passion for driving sales and achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement software.
- Ability to work independently while being a conscientious team player.
- Knowledge of the tech training industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
