About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Customer Success Engineer to join our dynamic team in the East USA region. The ideal candidate should be collaborative, articulate, and highly organized with a strong technical understanding of our Securiti AI solutions. This role is perfect for individuals who are driven by maximizing customer success and outcomes. You will be instrumental in fostering long-term relationships with our clients and ensuring they receive the utmost value from our Securiti Data Command Center platform.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical owner for assigned customer accounts, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and optimization processes.
  • Proactively identify churn risk and develop strategies to mitigate it, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product management, and engineering teams to drive enhancements based on customer feedback.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and create actionable plans to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Provide expert-level technical support and guidance to customers, addressing any issues that arise promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, technical support, or a similar role in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of data solutions, AI technologies, and software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving customer success initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with data security or resilience products is a plus.
