About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives for the DACH region.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team, ensuring team members have the necessary tools and support to achieve their targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and demonstrating how Securiti AI solutions can meet those needs.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and enhance product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive the successful launch of new initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of at least 7 years in sales management, preferably within the software or technology sectors.
  • Deep understanding of data security and AI solutions, with experience in selling enterprise software.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills.
