Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end administration and execution of contractual obligations throughout all phases, including pre-award, project, warranty, and services.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve contract management processes and procedures at both regional and global levels.
- Lead contract analysis, manage change orders, and mitigate claims to protect the organization’s commercial and legal interests.
- Provide executive-level contractual guidance to commercial, operations, sourcing, and project teams.
- Drive revisions to base contract language and establish standardized frameworks to ensure consistency and best practices across the enterprise.
- Manage relationships with key large customers and coordinate cross-functional resolutions of complex contract disputes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify risks associated with contracts and develop strategies for mitigation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in contract management, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong understanding of legal terms and conditions and their implications on business operations.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
