Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to existing customers using internal databases to generate repeat business.
- Identify and convert new sales opportunities from inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads.
- Achieve sales targets focused on new business growth and portfolio expansion.
- Promote newly launched products and assist customers in their adoption.
- Focus on increasing new customer acquisition (NCA) and growing the installed base.
- Manage small to mid-sized accounts with lower average purchase values for service and support products.
- Generate demand within these accounts and drive order conversion.
- Contribute to expanding the overall footprint of the Services & Support Division.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of the services and support industry is a plus.
