Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to existing customers using internal databases to generate repeat business.
  • Identify and convert new sales opportunities from inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads.
  • Achieve sales targets focused on new business growth and portfolio expansion.
  • Promote newly launched products and assist customers in their adoption.
  • Focus on increasing new customer acquisition (NCA) and growing the installed base.
  • Manage small to mid-sized accounts with lower average purchase values for service and support products.
  • Generate demand within these accounts and drive order conversion.
  • Contribute to expanding the overall footprint of the Services & Support Division.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
