Responsibilities

- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HRIS integrations, providing guidance and support to internal teams and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a focus on HRIS or related technologies.
- Strong understanding of payroll, EOR, and contractor management processes.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
