Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of product strategies for HRIS integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality integrations.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and new features.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Act as a subject matter expert on HRIS integrations, providing guidance and support to internal teams and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a focus on HRIS or related technologies.
• Strong understanding of payroll, EOR, and contractor management processes.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
