Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire post-sales customer lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding payroll, Employer of Record (EOR) services, and related inquiries.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, drive product adoption, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Proactively address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance their experience with our services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Monitor customer feedback and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to review their accounts and discuss any changes or updates.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide customers with relevant insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and EOR services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, demonstrating strong time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success software.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
