Responsibilities
- Research and analyze construction material, equipment, and labor costs for various disciplines, including civil, electrical, and mechanical.
- Develop and update cost data, assemblies, and models while ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with cost researchers and quality assurance teams to maintain data integrity across both print and digital platforms.
- Support internal projects and client deliverables by providing specialized expertise in your discipline.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance data collection and validation processes.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and maintain accurate work items in Azure DevOps.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to clarify requirements and ensure that deliverables align with business priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil, electrical, mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction cost estimation or engineering roles.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools, particularly Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
