Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging online courses on Nebius AI Cloud for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze content for instructional materials.
• Utilize instructional design principles and methodologies to create effective learning experiences.
• Develop assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of courses and gather learner feedback.
• Continuously update course content based on feedback, industry trends, and technological advancements.
• Support the implementation of new learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience.
• Participate in the development of marketing materials to promote courses offered by Nebius Academy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in instructional design, particularly in the e-learning sector.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Experience with course development tools and learning management systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and cloud computing is a plus.
