Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of financing documentation, including loan agreements, security documents, leasing arrangements, intercreditor agreements, and asset finance documentation.
• Advise clients on secured lending, syndicated lending, structured finance, asset-based financing, and equipment leasing transactions across diverse industries.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, investment teams, compliance, risk, and external counsel to facilitate transaction execution and ongoing financing activities.
• Provide legal guidance on regulatory and compliance matters to ensure alignment with current laws and industry standards.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support complex financing and regulatory issues.
• Develop strategic solutions tailored to client needs while maintaining high professional standards.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with a strong background in Banking and Finance law.
