Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal support for daily commercial operations, covering corporate and cross-border matters across various jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of commercial contracts and related documentation to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Offer legal guidance on strategic business initiatives to align with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to anticipate and manage potential legal risks.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 4 to 8+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE), including both in-house and law firm backgrounds in payments or fintech.
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
