Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal support for the structured product business.
• Draft and review agreements and legal documents while conducting thorough research on relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with external counsel and international affiliates on various legal matters and ad hoc projects.
• Assist with legal and regulatory inquiries related to market transactions to ensure compliance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in regulations that may affect structured products.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong or another common law jurisdiction, preferably with experience from a law firm or financial institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Structured Products, Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Global Markets, or Derivatives.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese is essential.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
