Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Coordinate release activities, including testing and operational alignment, while adhering to established release management processes.
• Engage with BCD Travel stakeholders to identify and coordinate product requirements based on business cases.
• Create and maintain an annual vendor/product analysis that includes SWOT analysis, gap analysis, comparison matrix, unique selling points (USPs), and identification of key opportunities.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and vendors to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop documentation and reporting related to product deliveries and vendor performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a product delivery or vendor management role.
• Strong understanding of Amadeus systems and travel industry practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in SWOT analysis and strategic planning.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
