Responsibilities

- Provide expert travel consultations to business customers, including trip details and related product up-selling.

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, offering guidance and support throughout their travel experience.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver day-to-day operational assistance and facilitate smooth workflow.
- Respond to inquiries from team members, providing clarity on policies and procedures.
- Participate in project teams focused on operational enhancements and improvements.
- Coach and mentor junior travel consultants in the absence of the team lead.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the travel industry, with a strong understanding of travel procedures and customer service excellence.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
