Responsibilities

• Manage incoming travel requests through various channels, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
• Provide expert travel consultations to business customers, including trip details and related product up-selling.
• Work independently on assigned tasks while maintaining a proactive approach to customer service.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, offering guidance and support throughout their travel experience.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver day-to-day operational assistance and facilitate smooth workflow.
• Respond to inquiries from team members, providing clarity on policies and procedures.
• Participate in project teams focused on operational enhancements and improvements.
• Coach and mentor junior travel consultants in the absence of the team lead.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the travel industry, with a strong understanding of travel procedures and customer service excellence.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.

• Prior experience in a remote working environment is a plus.
