Responsibilities

• Lead the Vulnerability Operations Center team, overseeing the full vulnerability management lifecycle.
• Enhance vulnerability detection and triage processes to improve response times and accuracy.
• Coordinate remediation tracking and reporting to ensure timely and effective resolution of vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving vulnerability data quality across cloud infrastructure, products, and hardware.
• Act as the primary point of contact for critical zero-day vulnerabilities, ensuring prompt response and mitigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive security initiatives and foster a culture of security awareness.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and vulnerabilities to proactively adapt strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on vulnerability management and incident response.
• Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
• Expertise in vulnerability assessment tools and methodologies, with a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure security.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
