About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead our Nebius Token Factory initiative, an innovative AI inference platform designed for high-performance and cost-efficient workloads. This role will empower you to take ownership of a core product stream, driving it from conception through design, launch, and customer adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from roadmap planning and feature design to successful launch and ongoing customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to align product objectives with business goals.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product strategy and prioritize features that deliver value.
• Develop comprehensive product documentation and training materials to ensure effective internal and external communication.
• Gather and evaluate feedback from customers and stakeholders to drive continuous product improvements.
• Monitor product performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Foster a culture of innovation and responsiveness within the product team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with advanced degrees being a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in AI, software, or technology sectors.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record of managing complex products through all phases of their lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
