Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage the strategic partnerships program, including the identification and commercial structuring of development partner opportunities to facilitate future data center capacity growth.
  • Collaborate with key leaders across design, engineering, construction, finance, and legal teams to develop the strategic plan necessary for executing data center initiatives.
  • Drive the establishment of partnerships with financial institutions, developers, colocation providers, and long-term asset owners to secure essential resources for infrastructure expansion.
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for strategic partnerships and capacity solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives and stakeholder interests.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and proactive problem-solving within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, investment management, or business development with a focus on data centers or infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of successful negotiation and execution of complex partnership agreements.
  • Strong understanding of the data center market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
