Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data center lease transactions and site selection, preferably in the hyperscale sector.
  • Strong understanding of legal agreements and contractual obligations related to lease management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract administration.
