Responsibilities

• Define the shared data model, establish definitions, and designate a source of truth that asset management, origination, and wholesale divisions will rely on.
• Enhance communication and workflows among specialist teams to ensure a seamless approach to energy procurement.
• Utilize AI technologies to generate insights that inform procurement strategies and enable faster decision-making.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of portfolio health, ensuring all teams have access to accurate and timely information.
• Support leadership by providing visibility into portfolio performance and risk assessment through data-driven reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across the energy organization.
• Act as a bridge between teams, facilitating effective collaboration and knowledge sharing to drive organizational success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in energy data management, analytics, or procurement, with a strong understanding of energy markets.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software; experience with AI applications in energy is a plus.
