Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for connectivity integration across multiple data centers.
- Ensure standardized builds for all connectivity projects and operations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with connectivity installations.
- Document and capture lessons learned to improve future projects.
- Provide training and onboarding for both internal and external resources involved in connectivity operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the construction and retrofitting of data center infrastructure.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data center operations or infrastructure engineering.
- Strong knowledge of connectivity standards and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with fiber installations and data hall provisioning is a plus.
