Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of automation and AI solutions within the EOR framework.
  • Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, promoting a culture of learning and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a global or remote setting.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in various countries.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and optimizing processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across diverse teams.
