Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end operations of Employer of Record (EOR) processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiencies and drive process enhancements.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize international hiring and onboarding processes.
• Facilitate communication between remote teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the implementation of automation and AI solutions within the EOR framework.
• Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, promoting a culture of learning and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a global or remote setting.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in various countries.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and optimizing processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with automation tools and AI technologies is a plus.
