Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of football rules, strategies, and player development.
• Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or talent acquisition, preferably in sports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and databases.
• Willingness to travel for recruitment events and meetings.
