We are seeking a talented Communications and Change Lead to join our Global Trade Services (GTS) team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive communication strategies aimed at enhancing awareness, engagement, and adoption of GTS initiatives across our organization. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to drive effective communication and change management efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication plans that align with GTS priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Lead the execution of communication strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Create engaging content, including leadership messaging and internal communications.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in communication practices and make recommendations.
• Support change management efforts by ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, change management, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to develop effective communication strategies and manage complex projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in a global organization is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
