Responsibilities
- Own and manage a global portfolio of data center lease agreements, ensuring precise tracking of key contractual milestones, renewal options, termination rights, and financial obligations.
- Develop and maintain portfolio-level capacity models that align leased data center inventory with long-range infrastructure demand forecasts.
- Lead lease restructuring, renewal, and exit negotiations in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with Meta's operational goals.
- Act as a liaison between real estate, finance, legal, and capacity planning teams to optimize lease structures and mitigate risks.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions related to the lease portfolio.
- Facilitate regular reporting on portfolio performance, identifying opportunities for improvements and cost savings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies that support Meta’s global data center growth and infrastructure expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in lease portfolio management or a related field, preferably within the data center or real estate sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex lease agreements and financial documents.
- Excellent negotiation skills with proven success in managing complex lease negotiations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
