Responsibilities

• Design and implement evaluation frameworks and pipelines for GenAI, enhancing the creation and scalability of capabilities.
• Lead the development of agentic workflows, ensuring data readiness and effective post-deployment monitoring.
• Establish a vendor-AI evaluation vision that facilitates repeatable vendor selection, value validation, and quality monitoring.
• Oversee responsible model risk management practices across all AI and ML initiatives.
• Support traditional machine learning projects, automation efforts, and provide technical consulting to improve processes within the People, Purpose, & Brand team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee experience.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within data science or analytics.
• Strong expertise in machine learning, GenAI, and AI risk management.
• Hands-on experience with data evaluation frameworks and pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple projects to completion.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
