Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure the agency's practices remain relevant and effective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business affairs, particularly within the advertising or marketing sector.
  • Strong understanding of the creative process and the ability to navigate complex business scenarios.
  • Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Proven track record of successful negotiation and contract management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • A proactive and adaptive approach, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
