Responsibilities

• Lead the Aerial Analytics and Operations team to ensure the health and performance of the Aerial ecosystem.
• Analyze data trends and diagnose performance changes, developing actionable insights to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in product management or analytics within the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proven ability to leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in data analytics tools and methodologies, with a strong understanding of Aerial analytics.
