Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of advanced pricing models for the Renters portfolio to optimize profitability and market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product Management, Delivery, and IT to ensure alignment and successful implementation of pricing strategies.
• Present analytical insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, influencing key business decisions.
• Oversee the end-to-end management of pricing programs, ensuring effective execution from model design to market deployment.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging modeling techniques to continuously improve the pricing framework.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with a focus on pricing or financial modeling.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across various teams.
• Strong proficiency in statistical modeling techniques and programming languages such as Python or R.
