Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation, issuance, and evaluation of Sourcing Events (RFI/RFP/Targeted Quoting/Direct Negotiation).
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to align sourcing strategies with customer needs.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize sourcing decisions.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Monitor and manage supplier relationships to enhance performance and service delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sourcing operations.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management on sourcing strategies and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or related roles.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with a proven track record of successful supplier management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across various teams.
• Proficient in sourcing software and tools; experience with cloud-based platforms is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
