Responsibilities

• Represent the Fluke Industrial, Calibration & Process Instruments brand within the assigned territory.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while nurturing key accounts.
• Develop and implement strategic growth plans, including go-to-market strategies and programs.
• Manage and support existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
• Utilize market insights and competitive intelligence to drive growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end users.
• Report directly to the National Sales Manager and ensure accountability for business objectives.
• Develop long-term growth pipelines and processes with sales channel partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, particularly in the industrial or technical sectors.
• Strong understanding of account management and key account development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a remote capacity.
• Proficient in using data and analytics to inform business decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Willingness to travel within the ANZ region as needed.
