Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive vendor audits to assess performance and compliance with established quality standards.
• Analyze on-site trend data related to vendor performance, focusing on inspections, construction, start-up, and commissioning execution.
• Establish strategic vendor improvement objectives aimed at refining vendor processes, training, and phase gating.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent shipping issues that could affect site operations during start-up and commissioning phases.
• Develop and monitor quality program metrics to evaluate vendor manufacturing and project performance effectively.
• Collaborate with site-based stakeholders, including General Contractor Teams, Vendor Teams, and Infra-Data Center Teams, to promote accountability and process improvement.
• Lead initiatives to ensure day one readiness, predictable on-time delivery, and operational reliability for our global campuses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing quality engineering role, preferably within a global context.
• Strong understanding of vendor management and quality assurance methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build effective partnerships.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing quality.
