Responsibilities

• Lead a large team of professionals and external partners to deliver a mega AI infrastructure campus with strategic importance to Meta.
• Oversee project success across all data cabling infrastructure, ensuring high uptime and capacity availability.
• Manage relationships with General Contractors (GC) and trade partners to optimize project delivery processes.
• Implement best practices for efficiency from design to execution, focusing on capital conservation and performance.
• Foster team member development through mentorship and training to enhance skills and career growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives and operational strategies.
• Evaluate and refine project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and innovation in all project aspects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in program delivery or project management within the data center or construction industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with external partners.
• Demonstrated understanding of data center infrastructure, including electrical and mechanical systems.
• Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
