Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the product vision for the Ads ML Platform, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to define product requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Drive the roadmap for the Ads ML Platform, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback, market research, and business needs.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the platform and enhance user experience.
• Act as a subject matter expert in machine learning applications for advertising, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on product developments and priorities.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on machine learning or data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks as they apply to advertising technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
