Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the lifecycle contract management process for the APAC region, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance contract management operations and service levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contract management practices with organizational goals.
• Monitor contract performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
• Provide training and support to team members on contract management best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring all terms are met.
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation in accordance with legal and compliance standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations impacting contract management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, legal, or compliance roles.
• Proven experience managing teams and leading projects in a remote work environment.
• Strong understanding of contract law and compliance regulations in the APAC region.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex information and make sound decisions.
• Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
