- Provide support to clients regarding timekeeping procedures and address any queries or issues that may arise.
- Regularly audit time and attendance data for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations that affect time and attendance policies.
- Implement and maintain best practices for time tracking and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a global context.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance related to time and attendance.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and time-tracking systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
