Responsibilities

• Facilitate smooth transitions for employees relocating across borders, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Provide comprehensive immigration and relocation assistance to employees and their families.
• Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for international hires.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including immigration attorneys and relocation service providers.
• Stay updated on the latest immigration policies and mobility trends within the APAC region.
• Assist in creating and refining policies and procedures related to global mobility and relocation.
• Support the Mobility team in various projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience during their relocation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in global mobility, immigration, or relocation services.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and immigration regulations in the APAC region.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
• Proficiency in project management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the APAC region are a plus.
