Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Quality Control of translations into English, specifically focusing on pharmacovigilance, regulatory, and clinical documents.
• Review and verify the accuracy of clinical and regulatory documents, including medical reports, protocols, and informed consent forms (ICF).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during the QC process to maintain the highest levels of quality and safety.
• Collaborate with translators and project managers to address any quality concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in quality control and the regulatory landscape.
• Maintain detailed records of quality control activities and provide regular reports on findings and improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Quality Control or a related field within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
• Strong understanding of clinical and regulatory documentation processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
• A background in life sciences, linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
