Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a high-volume contact center while managing back-to-back inbound calls.
- Effectively navigate systems to assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on any outstanding issues as required.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle a large volume of calls effectively.
- Willingness to commit to the full training schedule from September 14, including full attendance and participation.
