Responsibilities

• Drive business impact through data-driven insights by identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities to improve product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth using advanced analytical and statistical methods.
• Lead experimentation and causal analysis, designing and executing rigorous A/B tests and causal inference studies to evaluate the impact of new product features, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Champion experimental rigor across teams and influence product and business strategy by partnering with product managers, engineers, marketing leaders, and senior stakeholders.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and actionable manner to facilitate decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to their professional development through training and guidance in analytical techniques and best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data science and analytics to continuously improve methodologies and approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline; a Master's degree or PhD is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Decision Scientist or in a similar analytical role, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects and successes.
• Advanced proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
